Internal Requests

If your agency uses Voltage Secure Mail or other encryption software then it should be used. E-mail should not contain PHI or PII in the subject line. Any PHI or PII in the body of the e-mail should be kept to the minimum necessary. If you have any questions about how to respond, contact your agency's privacy officer.
